OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You and Lume.us agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for any disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
